美國(guó)FCC認(rèn)證|FCC SDOC認(rèn)證|FCC ID認(rèn)證介紹FCC是美國(guó)聯(lián)邦通信委員會(huì)（Federal Communication Commission）的縮寫(xiě)，美國(guó)聯(lián)邦通信委員會(huì)是監(jiān)管實(shí)體，其根據(jù)美國(guó)聯(lián)邦法典（Code of Federal Regulations）對(duì)無(wú)線電設(shè)備進(jìn)行監(jiān)管。
FCC有兩種不同的設(shè)備授權(quán)審批程序 – 認(rèn)證（Certification）和供應(yīng)商的符合性聲明（Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity – SDoC）。
不同的產(chǎn)品根據(jù)功能不同，適用于一種或多種審批程序。
認(rèn)證（Certification）是*嚴(yán)格的RF設(shè)備審批流程，適用于*有可能對(duì)無(wú)線電服務(wù)造成有害干擾的產(chǎn)品。
它是由TCB評(píng)估責(zé)任方（例如制造商或進(jìn)口商）向TCB提交的支持文檔和測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)，從而頒發(fā)的設(shè)備授權(quán)。
TCB是指FCC認(rèn)可的電信認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)（ Telecommunication Certification Body）。
認(rèn)證程序的產(chǎn)品測(cè)試需要在FCC認(rèn)可的認(rèn)可測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行。
符合性聲明（SDoC）是要求產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé)人確保設(shè)備符合相應(yīng)的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的程序。
責(zé)任方無(wú)需向委員會(huì)或TCB提交設(shè)備授權(quán)申請(qǐng)即可完成符合性聲明，責(zé)任方或進(jìn)口商（經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商）必須根據(jù)委員會(huì)的要求提供測(cè)試報(bào)告和其他證明符合規(guī)則的信息。
SDoC是替代之前的Verification和DoC，在2018年11月2日起正式實(shí)施。
按照法規(guī)要求，需要使用認(rèn)證程序批準(zhǔn)蓄意發(fā)射設(shè)備intentional radiator (transmitter) ，使用SDoC程序批準(zhǔn)非蓄意發(fā)射設(shè)備Unintentional radiators (digital circuitry)。
通俗的說(shuō)，即是無(wú)線產(chǎn)品適用于申請(qǐng)Certification，其他的電子產(chǎn)品適用于SDoC。

選擇Certification程序的產(chǎn)品，需要確保FCC標(biāo)識(shí)符（FCC Identifier）即FCC ID在產(chǎn)品Label上。
選擇SDoC程序的產(chǎn)品，可以選擇把FCC標(biāo)志印在產(chǎn)品標(biāo)簽上，印刷時(shí)需要確保比例不變；應(yīng)當(dāng)確保合規(guī)聲明（compliance statements）在產(chǎn)品Label上。

2：選擇Certification認(rèn)證程序的產(chǎn)品，E-label是可被接受的。
3：SDoC的責(zé)任方必須是美國(guó)注冊(cè)的實(shí)體。
4：SDoC適用范圍內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品，也可以選擇使用認(rèn)證程序；但認(rèn)證管控范圍的產(chǎn)品，只能選擇認(rèn)證程序。
