武漢三工激光激光雕花技術原理

　　當激光束照射到染色織物表面時，除少部分光被反射外，激光能量會被織物表層吸收并迅速轉變為熱能，使織物表層溫度在極短時間內急劇上升并達到染料的氣化溫度，染料因激光能量的強弱瞬時氣化并褪色形成深淺不一的花紋，從而實現了拔色印花效果。當激光能量足夠高時還可以刻蝕織物纖維，實現切割、鏤空等效果。激光作用于牛仔成衣時，根據數字圖案的灰度值大小對織物進行刻蝕，實現過渡自然、紋理細膩、古樸內斂的拔色印花，能實現牛仔成衣加工中貓須、馬騮、破洞、磨爛、磨白等常規水洗效果，也能實現一些線條精細、復雜的個性化拔色印花效果。
