萬東國際文化創意產業園位于朝陽區三間房南里7號院，由1955年建廠的北京萬東醫療裝備公司三間房廠區改造而成，占地面積7.5萬平方米，建筑面積7.5萬平方米。將打造形式多變、設計靈動的辦公空間，依托周邊高校及傳媒企業聚集優勢，引入文化傳媒、影視創意類企業，創建綜藝節目生產基地，形成完整產業鏈。目前園區改造進度已完成80%，已吸引入駐北京米未傳媒有限公司、北京中傳世紀文化傳播有限公司、志佳(北京)文化傳媒有限公司等傳媒類企業，出租率達到70%。

It was renovated from the Sanjianfang factory area of Beijing Wandong Medical E Company, which was established in 1955. It covers an area of 75000 square meters and has a building area of 75000 square meters.
